Outside Sales Representative

Since we’re one of two FiberFrame dealers with a PHENOMINAL reputation, BUSINESS IS GROWING so we need MORE Top Producers to join our Top Producing sales team. We are currently in the start-up phase of our business again and you have a chance to join the company on the ground floor with opportunities for growth and advancement (sales manager, general manager, production manager and marketing manager). RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Visiting NE Ohio homeowners in the Canton/Akron areas (30 mile radius around Canton, OH) to assess their window, siding, and roofing needs and conduct an informal but accurate list of popular options to solve their problems. • Use your persuasive skills and friendly disposition to facilitate orders. NOTE: You must be willing to complete online training remotely to learn our 10-Step Selling Process that is proven to close 40% of sales in the home plus product training for windows and siding. WHY WORK HERE? • A friendly, winning company culture that is second to none. • Monthly profit-sharing bonus. • Social company outings including lunches/ dinners/ Holiday party/ Comedy club’s/ etc. • Higher sales commission rates than competitors JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 2 years sales experience unless in selling replacement windows, roofing and/or vinyl siding than minimum 1 year of selling experience • Competitive individual that is persuasive, assertive, and strives to win. • Excellent negotiation skills. • Flexibility to work a minimum of 4 evenings/week and half day on Saturday and/or Sunday. On call Monday thru Friday for morning and afternoon appointments. • Must pass drug and background checks, and have a valid driver's license. You must own a reliable vehicle, cell phoneand laptop computer / tablet, and be computer literate. You must be willing to train remotely and attend monthly sales staff meeting in the Canton - Akron, OH area, as well as remote weekly meetings. Remote training will include training videos, training manuals and live remote roleplaying to ensure you retain the information. Every other daily quizzes will be used to see where we need to provide additional training. You must be motivated to learn the information and selling process to become a TOP producer. TOP Producers always follow-up with clients and know how to ask for the sale. Ask yourself: If this was REALLY a $124K to $200k + opportunity, would I be willing to work 4 nights a week and 1/2 day on Saturday and off Sunday to earn it with being on call for daytime appointments. Note: This is a 1099 contractor position that pays a higher commission than my competitors and allows you to write-off your related expenses like a business including but not limited to home-office, mileage, business vehicle, etc. I'm not an accountant, so if you have any questions please consult one.
