[Remote] Vice President, Finance

The Vice President, Finance will serve as a strategic finance leader, overseeing financial planning, accounting, and reporting while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing financial leadership and insight to drive business strategy and execution
  • Partner with the President and executive team on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvement efforts
  • Translate strategy into actionable financial plans, metrics, and accountabilities
  • Develop and institutionalize KPIs and business metrics that provide forward-looking insights
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying opportunities, risks, and corrective actions
  • Lead business-unit budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Provide executive oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls through direct leadership of the Controller
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
  • Promote strong governance, compliance, and ethical standards across the Finance organization
  • Partner closely with the DTFOC Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller to ensure accounting processes are developed and managed in accordance with the expectations of the DTFOC
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary finance organization, including FP&A and Accounting
  • Build a culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with increasing responsibility
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to drive strategy and results
  • Strong strategic and analytical leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a results-oriented mindset
