[Remote] Healthcare Recruiter - Georgia

They are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Submit a candidate's profile
• Handle all aspects of the recruitment and selection process
• Partner with hiring managers to determine specific hiring needs
• Identify the most appropriate recruiting method(s) to attract the highest-quality candidates
• Ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters are established prior to posting positions
• Utilize an applicant tracking system to review, analyze and assess information provided by applicants
• Conduct interviews and forward viable candidates to hiring managers
• Establish and handle interview schedules
• Extend the job offer and close out the position in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions
• Build a pipeline of quality talent through various methods
• Cultivating relationships with quality candidates

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experience
• One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years preferred recruiting experience
• 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
• One (1) year of high-volume recruiting. Healthcare a plus!
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
