Position Summary

The Senior Data Entry & Client Onboarding Specialist will serve as the front‑line champion of the arenaflex onboarding experience. This role is responsible for guiding new merchants and partners through a meticulous, white‑glove onboarding journey, ensuring that every application is accurately captured, verified, and submitted for underwriting review. Reporting to the Enablement Director, you will work closely with the Enablement and Customer Enablement teams, acting as a bridge that enhances cross‑functional collaboration and deepens industry knowledge across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Core Onboarding Activities

  • Participate daily in the Enablement team’s operations, contributing to a smooth, high‑volume onboarding workflow.
  • Review, input, and validate merchant applications for both new and existing arenaflex platforms, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross‑communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather missing documentation, clarify data points, and resolve ambiguities.
  • Compile, cross‑check, and upload all required financial and business records, guaranteeing completeness before submission to the Underwriting department.
  • Document every client interaction in the CRM system, maintaining a clear audit trail of onboarding communications.
  • Execute necessary edits and adjustments to new accounts, preparing them for final approval and activation.
  • Prioritize and fast‑track rush applications for VIP partners, delivering an expedited yet accurate onboarding experience.
  • Handle inbound call volume related to new or pending applications, providing courteous, knowledgeable assistance.
  • Scan, index, and upload client documents into the secure database for underwriting review, adhering to data‑privacy best practices.
  • Act as a backup for core underwriting and onboarding functions, ensuring continuity during peak periods or staff absences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve boarding failures, collaborating with technical and compliance teams to remediate issues.
  • Complete daily issue requests submitted by arenaflex partners, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
  • Support additional projects and process‑improvement initiatives as directed by the Enablement Director.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual error.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards that monitor onboarding KPIs, such as turnaround time, error rates, and partner satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular process‑review meetings, offering insights and recommendations based on frontline experience.
