Company: TruePill Position: Call Center Representative (CSR... Location: Fully Remote Duration: 6 month contract + extensions Shift/Schedule: 9:30am-6pm PST with Sun/Mon off. Sat shift is 6am-2:30pm PST and 11:30am-8pm PST with Sun/Mon off. Sat shift is 6am-2:30pm PST Must Haves: · 3+ years of outbound call center experience (ideally 5+ years) · 1+ year of remote work experience · Experience working in a fast-paced environment – OK with making on average 100+ calls each day · High School Diploma or GED equivalent · Needs to be tech savvy: experience working with technology, computers, etc. · A great communicator - both written and verbal · Must have good internet connection because remote position Plusses: · Telehealth experience · Experience working at a startup (fast paced, changing environment) · Experience with any customer service software (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, TalkDesk, Salesforce, etc.) · Bachelor's Degree Day to Day: At Truepill, we are building the future of healthcare. Responsibilities: · Primary work will come from inbound calls, outbound calls, and email support requests · Assist with patient support such as answering patient emails, patient phone calls, processing medical records, provide patient care coordination · You will perform typical front office and back office responsibilities, including patient education, medication requests, handling patient questions, and supporting provider needs · Work collaboratively with team members and our provider network to maintain an excellent model focused on patient care and high quality service · Become an expert with our software solutions, including but not limited to, Zendesk, Truepill EMR, and Five9 Apply Job!
