Position Overview The Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services (Remote) is an entry‑level, data‑entry focused role that plays a pivotal part in supporting careerzynith’s clinical operations. Reporting to senior clinical leadership, you will help implement clinical policies, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as NCQA, URAC, and state regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute clinical policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards (NCQA, URAC, state and federal guidelines).
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert and mentor to the team on practice guidelines, medication safety, clinical outcomes, and decision‑making processes.
  • Implement and monitor best‑practice workflows to address the needs of patients across the continuum of care.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical operations and other functional areas, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development, review, and audit of new training materials and educational content.
  • Coordinate and deliver both virtual and on‑site training sessions for cross‑departmental teams.
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality by adhering to careerzynith’s data‑privacy policies and applicable regulations.
  • Oversee resources that identify patient evidence, develop care plans, and track clinical outcomes.
  • Analyze data to pinpoint improvement opportunities, recommend interventions, and drive measurable results.
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and communicate performance metrics to ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Promote effective use of data‑management systems and ensure team proficiency with relevant tools.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding activities, defining clear educational and experiential requirements for new hires.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute action plans that foster high‑performing, collaborative teams.

Essential Qualifications
