As a Senior Account Supervisor you will be the linchpin between careerzynith’s internal teams and the seller community, championing vendor success through meticulous data entry, live‑chat support, and strategic relationship management. Your work will directly influence seller performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall health of careerzynith’s marketplace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vendor Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive vendor‑growth strategies that align with careerzynith’s broader commercial objectives.
  • Identify high‑potential sellers, onboard them onto careerzynith’s platform, and guide them through the full lifecycle—from data entry to live‑chat support.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal) to design and launch initiatives that boost seller performance.
  • Monitor and analyze vendor‑specific KPIs (e.g., sales velocity, inventory turnover, customer ratings) and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Live‑Chat & Data Entry Excellence

  • Provide real‑time assistance to sellers via careerzynith’s live‑chat channel, resolving queries related to listings, pricing, fulfillment, and compliance.
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy by entering, updating, and auditing product information, pricing structures, and promotional details.
  • Implement best‑practice SOPs for data entry to reduce errors, improve turnaround time, and ensure consistency across all seller accounts.
  • Leverage automation tools and macro‑scripts to streamline repetitive tasks while preserving data integrity.

Relationship Building & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high‑value sellers, cultivating trust and long‑term partnerships.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with vendors, highlighting performance trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Act as an internal advocate for sellers, translating their needs into product enhancements and policy updates.
  • Coordinate with account managers, supply‑chain specialists, and technical support to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze feedback from sellers, market trends, and internal metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the vendor onboarding and support processes.
  • Design and implement process enhancements that increase scalability, reduce manual effort, and improve the overall seller experience.
  • Lead cross‑departmental initiatives to pilot new tools, workflows, or training programs, measuring impact and iterating based on results.
  • Document all process changes and maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base for internal teams and external partners.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum

3 years of experience in vendor management, seller support, or a comparable client‑facing role within an e‑commerce or technology environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and translate findings into strategic actions.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills, with a track record of building mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, spreadsheet software, and data‑entry tools; familiarity with live‑chat systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience working with large‑scale marketplace platforms or multi‑vendor ecosys
