Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist – Airline Reservations, Passenger Support & Travel Operations to join our expanding work-from-home team. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day contributions will directly shape the passenger journey. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from passengers via telephone, email, and live chat, delivering clear, courteous, and accurate information at all times.
  • Reservation & Ticketing Support: Assist customers with new bookings, modifications to existing reservations, ticket purchases, seat selection, fare inquiries, baggage questions, and special service requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency, working toward first-contact resolution whenever possible while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Rebooking & Cancellations: Process reservation changes, rebook passengers on alternate flights, manage voluntary and involuntary cancellations, and issue refunds or travel credits in accordance with company policy.
  • Irregular Operations Support: Provide real-time assistance during flight delays, cancellations, diversions, and other irregular operations, helping passengers navigate unexpected changes with confidence and care.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments including operations, baggage handling, and loyalty programs to address complex passenger needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within arenaflex's CRM and reservation platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about policy updates, promotional offers, and system enhancements, and actively contribute ideas to improve the customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
