Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry Clerk role is a cornerstone of our data operations team. You will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining high‑quality data across multiple platforms, ensuring that our clients receive the most accurate information possible. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from a variety of source documents—including spreadsheets, PDFs, scanned images, and handwritten notes—into arenaflex’s proprietary and third‑party databases.
  • Perform rigorous data validation checks to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before final submission.
  • Maintain strict data confidentiality and adhere to all security protocols, including GDPR, HIPAA, and internal data‑handling policies.
  • Organize, label, and archive electronic files in accordance with arenaflex’s document‑management standards to ensure easy retrieval and auditability.
  • Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports that summarize data entry metrics, error rates, and productivity trends for management review.
