Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences As a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative - Night Shift (Remote), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries
  • Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Offering additional products and/or services to customers
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Look For To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of customer service and/or technical support experience
  • The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications: The Skills and Experience That Give You an Edge While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and best practices
