We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Executive to join our client's team in the East Midlands region. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth across NHS and private hospitals by selling innovative medical solutions, with a special focus on vascular access products, into operating theatres and critical care departments. You will be working in a field-based role, managing a territory and developing a robust sales strategy to deliver and exceed sales targets.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Medical Sales Executive with our client, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a territory and developing a robust sales strategy to drive business growth and deliver/exceed sales targets.
  • Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business development opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our client's market share.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 18 months of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of new business development.
  • A strong desire to succeed and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • A full UK driving license and residency within the territory.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute a territory growth plan.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Proven experience in the Medtech industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of vascular access products and their applications in operating theatres and critical care departments.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
