Job Overview As the Supply Chain Lead at Scalesforth, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance our overall supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and drive operational excellence, ensuring that all processes are optimized for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment, leveraging your expertise in supply chain management to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, utilizing data analysis and key performance indicators to assess supply chain performance and develop actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery, fostering strong partnerships with external stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. You will also need to have at least 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibilities and a strong knowledge of specific software, tools, and systems relevant to the industry, such as ERP systems and demand planning software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Certifications in supply chain management, such as APICS or ISM, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic setting.
