Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and solutions‑oriented individuals to join our seasonal team as Customer Care Specialist 1. This fully remote role is based in Ohio and will support arenaflex customers across the United States during peak shopping periods. As the voice of arenaflex, you will field inbound calls, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction ends with a delighted customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador for arenaflex, delivering world‑class service that reflects our brand values.
  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of customer inquiries, from order status to product details, using effective problem‑solving techniques.
  • Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges in the arenaflex order‑entry system.
  • Track shipments, provide real‑time updates, and proactively communicate any delays or issues.
  • Document interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, merchandising, and technical support—to expedite resolutions.
  • Identify recurring trends and share insights with leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace and adhere to all arenaflex security protocols.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a customer‑service‑focused environment such as a contact center, retail store, hospitality venue, or food‑service establishment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet arenaflex’s Work‑From‑Home Guidelines, including reliable high‑speed internet (wired Ethernet connection) and a secure workstation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate speaking style.
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call environment.
  • Basic technical aptitude—comfort navigating computer systems, troubleshooting minor issues, and learning new software quickly.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the willingness to take overtime during peak periods.
  • Ability to work a full shift at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on a webcam when requested by leadership.
