EHS Specialist Role (Hybrid)

Overview: Successful candidate will provide Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) support to a client manufacturing facility. This position works directly with the Safety Team as well as onsite engineers and facility leadership. The candidate must be a self-starter, independent, detail-oriented, and have a strong analytical background. Please read carefully below for the on-site and remote requirements of this position. This position is on-site in Le Sueur, MN two days per week and remote one day per week supporting a client manufacturing facility. The remaining two days will be remote and/or on-site at a to be determined location (MN local) helping with business and/or other client needs. Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities: Work with client to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facility environmental policies Leading/conducting site safety committee Lead Emergency Response Team Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures Perform incident investigations Additional responsibilities according to client needs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline Previous EHS experience preferred Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus Prior customer service experience with great interpersonal and collaboration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and highly productive with the ability to balance multiple projects at once Ability to work independently to manage daily tasks and meet project deadlines Can follow good documentation practices and adapt to changing schedules Find Your Place at Pace - We need you - your curiosity, your talents, and your drive - to help us advance this important work.
