# Part-Time Website Operations Coordinator (Firearms Industry) ## Position Summary We are seeking a reliable part-time Website Operations Coordinator to help ensure our website and customer communication systems are functioning properly within the firearms industry. This role focuses on testing website forms, monitoring customer inquiries, and coordinating with vendors to ensure all systems remain operational and compliant with industry-sensitive operations. This position is not marketing-focused. The primary responsibility is ensuring that customer leads, quote requests, and contact submissions are successfully received and never lost due to technical issues. ## Responsibilities

• Regularly test website contact forms, firearm quote forms, and file upload functionality.
• Verify that customer inquiries and submissions are successfully delivered and received.
• Monitor email notifications and ensure reliable delivery of customer messages.
• Identify, document, and report website or system issues promptly.
• Coordinate with website developers, hosting providers, and vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Confirm that fixes and updates are working correctly after deployment.
• Maintain simple logs of issues, resolutions, and system checks.
• Assist in implementing basic monitoring or alert systems to prevent missed leads.

## Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Basic understanding of websites, email systems, and online forms.
• Comfortable working around compliance-sensitive or regulated industry content (firearms industry).
• Good communication and ability to follow up with vendors and technical partners.
• Ability to work independently and consistently on a part-time schedule.
