Job Title: Inventory & SOX Supply Chain Analyst Pay Rate: $40.00-48.00/hour Location: Remote (US) Shift: 1st Shift (Full-time, Direct job with full benefits) #SOX #SupplyChainAnalyst #ERP Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Inventory & SOX Compliance Analyst to support supply chain operations within a regulated aerospace environment. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, executing SOX controls, supporting audits, and driving compliance across procurement-to-pay and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP experience, audit/compliance knowledge, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes across warehouse and production environments Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Ensure accurate inventory transactions and data integrity within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Execute and document SOX controls related to inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes Support internal/external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and evidence gathering Monitor compliance with aerospace regulatory standards (AS9100, FAA, ITAR/EAR) and internal policies Develop and deliver training on controls (RCM, IPE, SOD) and ensure site-level adherence Partner with IT and site teams to evaluate segregation of duties and implement control improvements Required Qualifications: Bachelor"s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or SOX compliance Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Strong understanding of SOX controls, audit processes, and internal control frameworks Experience analyzing inventory accuracy, variances, and reconciliation processes Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with Finance, Operations, and IT Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments Knowledge of AS9100, FAA, ITAR, and EAR compliance requirements Familiarity with Risk & Control Matrix (RCM), IPE (Information Produced by Entity), and SOD frameworks Experience developing and delivering training programs across multiple sites Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
