[Remote] Customer Service Software Engineer

They are seeking a Customer Service Software Engineer to provide technical support to users and assist in the development of their AI-powered diagnostic software, primarily responding to customer support requests and troubleshooting software errors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users
• Assist in the development of AI-powered diagnostic software
• Respond to customer support requests related to MRI study issues
• Troubleshoot software errors
• Deliver timely resolutions
• Support the Sr. Software Engineer in areas such as debugging, version control, and cloud-based processing

Skills

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Web application development experience (JavaScript, HTML, etc.)
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience writing in C++ and Python languages, as well as using GitHub for software version and change control
• Working knowledge of deep learning, AI machine learning, and statistics
• Exposure to web technologies (JavaScript, HTML)
• Exposure to medical imaging tools (ITK, DICOM)
