The Senior Director of Product Marketing, Innovation will lead the global endoscopic reprocessing innovation portfolio, shaping the product vision and ensuring solutions meet clinical and regulatory standards while achieving commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Own global portfolio success by translating customer, market, regulatory, and business needs into clear product and development requirements and ensuring effective execution across new product development programs
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing Product Management team by setting expectations, conducting performance reviews, providing coaching and recognition, and building talent depth to support current and future portfolio needs
  • Build deep market and customer insight through structured market research, direct engagement with healthcare professionals, field visits, and participation in trade fairs and congresses to inform innovation and R&D decisions
  • Drive strategic portfolio leadership by monitoring market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and key performance indicators including market size, procedure volumes, reimbursement, pricing, competitive activity, and market share
  • Sponsor new product development initiatives by defining customer and business requirements, shaping business cases and revenue forecasts, establishing positioning strategies, and leading the creation of differentiated value propositions
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Innovation, and OEM partners to integrate voice‑of‑customer insights and technical expertise into product decisions that address unmet clinical needs and deliver meaningful differentiation
  • Lead cross‑functional product core teams to ensure customer needs, documentation, and program deliverables are completed with quality, clarity, and timeliness across the full development lifecycle
  • Partner with global and regional commercialization teams to define strategic marketing plans, enable evidence‑based messaging and training, and ensure revenue, profitability, and market performance align with business case expectations
  • Own lifecycle management by guiding product enhancements, change management, and phase‑out decisions informed by market feedback, complaint trends, post‑market surveillance, and competitive analysis

Skills

  • University degree with technical and/or economical background (with high technical affinity) or equivalent
  • Training in user needs based design
