[Remote] Senior Lead, Systems Administration

They are seeking a Senior Lead, Systems Administration to solve complex problems and manage systems data for clients while ensuring security compliance. The role involves collaborating with technicians and clients across various industries to deliver effective solutions and drive modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services
• Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance
• Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients
• Recommend modernization options, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders

Skills

• 5+ year Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management
• VMware ESX experience
• Public/private cloud management. Especially migration from onprem to cloud solution
• Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
• Vulnerability management
• Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
