GoodStarters conducts artfully scripted phone calls to connect and engage with patients, offering them emotional support, resources, and encouragement. Preferred Talents and Abilities: · 2 to 3 years of customer service experience with exceptional phone skills. · Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. · Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. · Proficient decision-making skills. · Intermediate technical skills, including experience with cloud-based software. · High school or equivalent (preferred). · Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! · Does not reside in one of the following states: WA, ND, OH, WY, CA Apply to be a GoodStarter today - come join us make the world better!
