Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TeamDynamix is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their high-energy inside sales team. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing, identifying potential accounts, and nurturing leads to drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential accounts; solicit new accounts; build rapport
  • Provide evaluation and technical information to prospects; prepare discovery documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing to nurture and engage marketing-qualified opportunities
  • Actively manage your territory and identify top targets
  • Work with field sales to schedule appointments
  • Achieve department and organizational goals by taking ownership of your territory

Skills

  • A college degree, typically in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing/Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of sales experience in the software/tech industry in various capacities
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated, with strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and gather feedback on sales calls
  • Relentless and driven—able to self-motivate
  • Enjoy researching opportunities and testing different sales tactics to open doors
  • Ability to engage and nurture early-stage leads into active sales opportunities and think quickly on your feet
