Responsibilities • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates. • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and organized candidate pipeline, managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on your progress and successes. Qualifications • Proven Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a successful track record of placing candidates in various industries. • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet ambitious recruitment targets. • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients. • Networking Skills: Established professional network and the ability to expand connections within the industry. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media for sourcing and networking. Compensation: This position is 100% commission-based, providing unlimited earning potential.
