Key Responsibilities

- * Ensure all transcriptions are completed in a timely manner while meeting strict formatting and quality requirements.
- * Edit and proofread transcripts to ensure 100% accuracy and consistency with legal terminology.
- * Manage and organize confidential legal information with the utmost discretion.
- * Collaborate with clients and team members to clarify unclear audio, terminology, or document specifics.
- * Stay up-to-date on legal transcription guidelines and industry best practices.
- * Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Fluency in Chinese, Malay, and English, with excellent comprehension, grammar, and written skills in all three languages.
- * Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures across various areas of law.
- * High typing speed with exceptional accuracy.
- * Proficiency with transcription software and tools.
- * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience
- * Minimum of 2 years of professional legal transcription experience preferred.
- * Previous experience working with international or multilingual transcription projects is highly desirable.
