This pivotal role entails leveraging your extensive knowledge in logistics and technical services to ensure seamless management of our intricate systems and operations... Key Responsibilities  Spearhead asset management initiatives while guaranteeing precise inventory tracking.  Formulate and assess diverse logistics reports and plans, encompassing ILS Plans, Training Plans, and Maintenance Plans.  Analyze mission and support scenarios, converting them into implementable logistics requirements.  Conduct thorough evaluations of availability, reliability, and maintainability.  Create and validate critical government deliverables, including Plans of Instruction and Trainee Guides.  Assess logistics system options and provide informed recommendations.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and advanced projects, to pinpoint challenges and devise solutions.  Engage in initiatives aimed at process development and enhancement. Required Skills  Profound comprehension of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and technical services.  Proven experience in leading asset management efforts.  Proficiency in developing and analyzing various logistics reports and plans.  Strong insights into availability, reliability, and maintainability analysis.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.  Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.  Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Qualifications  A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.  A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field is essential.  Experience in leading teams and managing logistics initiatives is highly desirable.
