Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist
arenaflex is expanding its data capture and automation teams and is looking for meticulous, self‑motivated individuals to join us as Remote Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you will be the backbone of our document processing pipeline, ensuring that every piece of information extracted from images and scanned documents is entered accurately, securely, and in compliance with industry regulations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into the QuickClaim system using a continuous stream of medical claim images.
- Identify document types (e.g., claim forms, eligibility verifications, supporting documentation) based on visual cues and provided guidelines.
- Review and verify entered data to meet or exceed quality standards, performing spot‑checks and corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s data‑security policies.
- Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve ambiguities and improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for process enhancements, contributing to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled shift, ensuring daily productivity targets are met.
- Perform additional office duties such as document filing, basic reporting, and system maintenance as directed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining efficiency and speed.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy and 4,500 keystrokes per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy.

Shift coverage ranges from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, providing flexibility to accommodate personal commitments while ensuring overlap with core business hours.
