Key Responsibilities

  • Client Investigation Center Operations: Drive the end‑to‑end execution of the Client Investigation Center (CIC) processes, establishing robust data entry standards for internal stakeholders.
  • Methodology Development: Design, document, and communicate a systematic approach, prioritization framework, and workflow for the CIC to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Tool Architecture & Scaling: Build and scale tools that meet the security and compliance requirements of internal teams handling sensitive customer information.
  • KPI Definition & Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, customer analytics, or product management within a technology‑driven environment.
