Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Remote Accounting Analyst to join our fast‑growing finance team. Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Customer Experience and IT teams to streamline chat workflows, reducing response times and enhancing data integrity.
- Lead initiatives to automate repetitive accounting tasks within the chat environment using VBA, Excel macros, and other scripting tools.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and chat support agents on financial best practices and data handling protocols.
Process Improvement & Controls
- Conduct technical accounting research, draft policy papers, and recommend updates to accounting standards that affect the business vertical.
- Evaluate existing internal controls, design enhancements, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to develop scalable, repeatable processes that improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications
