Role Overview

As an Account Supervisor within the arenaflex Retail Commercial Enterprise Services (RBS) Supplier Achievement Software (VSP) Group, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for onboarding, managing, and optimizing vendor relationships through live‑chat channels. You will act as a trusted advisor to sellers, translating complex commercial strategies into actionable plans, and ensuring that data entered into arenaflex’s systems is flawless, up‑to‑date, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Onboarding & Data Management: Accurately input, validate, and maintain product and inventory data for a portfolio of arenaflex sellers, ensuring compliance with platform standards.
  • Live‑Chat Support: Provide real‑time assistance to sellers via live‑chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through arenaflex processes.
