As a Product Owner with the Customer Support Operations team (CS Ops), you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal customers, driving product improvements, and advancing our MS Dynamics portfolio of applications. You will define the strategic roadmap for on or several products withing the MS Dynamics platform. Your work will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal users and business teams. What You Will Do: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics applications, aligning with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements into actionable user stories. Partner with development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and enhancements. Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors. Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Define data and analytics requirements and identify opportunities for the business to use this data to create value and enhance decision making. Collaborate with the Data &Analytics team to develop Power BI dashboards. Drive iterative improvements using Scrum and Agile methodologies. Maintain Agile tools including Jira, Confluence to monitor execution progress and support Program tracking. Analyze data to improve performance, communication, and program performance. Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with system-level activities. Support/lead Agile events such as retro's, demos, stand-ups and planning sessions. Define impact of change and develop change management plans in collaboration with the business and Change Manager lead. Stay informed on Microsoft Dynamics updates, trends, and best practices to maximize platform value. Qualifications
You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field and 8 years of experience; Or an Advanced Degree 5 years of experience to include: 5 years experience in Product Ownership of a digital application Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking project progress and managing backlog Ability to lead sessions that gather requirements from stakeholders and end users Ability to write effective user stories for developers Proficiency in analyzing user data, market research and performance metrics for making informed decisions

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
