AEM Technical Lead (Remote: Mexico or Brazil)

Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on AEM Technical Lead to support a long-term client engagement with Volvo. This role requires a strong balance of technical leadership, hands-on development, and architectural ownership within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This is a critical role, who is actively transitioning from contractor-heavy support to a stable, long-term internal capability. Location: Remote in Mexico or Brazil

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable solutions within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Act as a hands-on contributor (coding, reviewing, troubleshooting), not just oversight Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AEM development teams Own and guide AEM architecture decisions, including integrations and performance optimization Collaborate across distributed/global teams Ensure best practices across AEM development, deployment, and governance

Required Qualifications

Strong experience as an AEM Technical Lead Proven hands-on development experience with AEM (not purely managerial) Experience leading and mentoring AEM development teams Deep understanding of AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, workflows, etc.) Experience working in distributed/global teams

Preferred Qualifications
