The Part-Time Evening Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and security of the data that powers our clients' business operations. Working remotely during evening hours, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, verifying, and managing large volumes of information across multiple platforms and databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter information from a variety of sources—including paper documents, spreadsheets, email communications, online forms, and digital files—into arenaflex's proprietary systems and client databases with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Review entered data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. Cross-reference source documents to confirm accuracy and flag any discrepancies for supervisor review.
  • Database Maintenance: Update existing records, remove duplicate entries, and ensure that all stored data remains current, organized, and easily retrievable.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Strictly adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies, HIPAA guidelines (where applicable), GDPR requirements, and any client-specific confidentiality agreements.
  • Process Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders, quality assurance staff, and project managers to identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and contribute to streamlined data entry workflows.
  • Timely Task Completion: Manage your assigned workload to meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining arenaflex's quality benchmarks.
  • Reporting: Prepare simple status reports summarizing completed tasks, errors caught, and any recurring issues that may require additional training or process adjustments.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related clerical role. Experience in a remote work environment is strongly preferred.
  • Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated typing speed of at least 45–60 words per minute with a high level of accuracy (98% or above).
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and at least one data entry or database management software. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

By the end of your first 90 days, you'll be trusted to handle more complex data projects, mentor new team members, and contribute ideas for improving our processes.

Working Hours and Schedule

This is a part-time position with evening shifts, typically scheduled between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM in your local time zone. The exact schedule will be coordinated with your team lead to ensure coverage across all operational hours. Evening shifts at arenaflex are designed to provide flexibility, making this an ideal role for individuals balancing daytime commitments such as school, family responsibilities, or another job.

On average, you can expect to work 20–25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during peak project periods. All work is performed remotely, so you will need a quiet, dedicated workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a personal computer that meets arenaflex's minimum technical specifications.
