Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, and performance metrics to support key business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize business questions, and develop solutions to answer them. Utilize advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization techniques. Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing processes and systems. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics. Mentor and train junior team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
