[Remote] Netsmart Custom Report Writer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. enkompas Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Netsmart Custom Report Writer to support reporting, analytics, and operational performance initiatives. The role involves designing and maintaining custom reports, developing executive dashboards, and creating meaningful KPIs within Netsmart systems to aid in clinical, financial, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain reports within Netsmart platforms including myAvatar and myEvolv
  • Design and build KPI dashboards for executive, clinical, financial, and operational teams
  • Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting datasets
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions
  • Develop automated reports and dashboard refresh schedules
  • Monitor and validate data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting environments
  • Create data visualizations and scorecards to track organizational performance metrics
  • Support compliance, quality improvement, productivity, and revenue cycle reporting initiatives
  • Troubleshoot report issues and optimize report performance
  • Document report logic, KPI definitions, and dashboard specifications
  • Provide user support and training related to reporting tools and dashboard functionality

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing reports within Netsmart environments
  • Advanced SQL and relational database experience
  • Experience building KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as: Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Crystal Reports
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, behavioral health workflows, or EHR systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in behavioral health or community healthcare organizations
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7 or interoperability concepts
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance reporting requirements
  • Experience integrating data from multiple healthcare systems
