[Remote] Learning Compliance Data Analyst

Kforce Inc is seeking a Learning Compliance Data Analyst to support operational controls and ensure processes are completed accurately and on time. The role involves overseeing process design, managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee process design, workflow management, and execution standards to support operational controls
- Ensure processes are completed accurately, on time, and with clear ownership
- Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and job aids
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Support reporting and tracking activities to ensure completion and enable informed decision-making
- Manage regular operating cadence, including status updates, action tracking, and issue resolution
- Monitor performance metrics such as completion rates, SLAs, and escalation tracking
- Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies; drive continuous process improvements
- Translate recurring issues into improved workflows, documentation, and best practices
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while providing clear status updates
- Promote accountability, workload balance, and adherence to deadlines
- Partner with leadership on process improvements, operating model enhancements, and change initiatives
- Establish repeatable processes, clear ownership, and escalation paths to improve efficiency
- Ensure processes are documented, scalable, and sustainable
Skills
- High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting operations, compliance, reporting, or process-driven functions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data or process issues
- Effective collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Experience with data systems, reporting tools, or workflow platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and recommend improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in a professional or corporate environment
