[Remote] Social Media Strategist

They are seeking a Performance Creative Strategist who can develop creative strategies, manage projects, and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a clear 3-to-6-month production roadmap to hit performance KPIs. Define angles, approaches, hooks, product USPs, and content plans
- Project Management: Structure workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring creative output is on time, high quality and aligned with the brief
- Quality Assurance: You spot the tiny pixel error that nobody else can spot or the grammatical errors your graphic designer didn’t realize
- Bold Ad Concepts: Generate and pitch unconventional, high-performing ideas for mobile app UA campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more
- Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships, understand brand identities, and translate them into creative solutions. Deliver persuasive presentations that excite and inspire
- Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy that resonates, engages, and converts
- Design & Create: Contribute, when needed, with your own design skills (graphic or motion) to bring concepts to life
- Trendspotting: Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, identifying opportunities for viral, high-performance campaigns
- Teamwork: Partner with creatives, UA managers, and media buyers to turn ideas into effective campaigns

- English Fluency: C2
- Paid Social Expertise: Track record of creating performance-focused creative for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, able to put ideas into clear roadmaps and structured processes
- Design Ability: Proven hands-on experience in graphic or motion design
- Copywriting: Skilled at writing ad copy that grabs attention and drives action
- Bold Thinking: Ability to craft original, daring ideas for mobile app ads that outperform benchmarks
- Detail-oriented and reliable in managing multiple projects under strict deadlines
- Strong presentation and client communication skills — able to inspire and persuade with clarity
- Creative problem-solver with empathy for client goals and challenges
- Collaborative and proactive, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools to speed up workflows or explore new creative directions
- Experience launching or managing viral campaigns
