[Remote] AI/ML Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Precision Technologies Corp (PTC) is a leading IT Consulting and Digital Transformation company headquartered in New Jersey. They are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS
  • Build scalable machine learning models, data pipelines, and MLOps workflows
  • Develop and optimize solutions using AWS services, including SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, and Lake Formation
  • Implement LLM-based applications utilizing RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions
  • Integrate AI/ML services into enterprise applications through APIs and cloud-native architectures
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance in production environments
  • Follow software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes

Skills

  • 5–8+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or Cloud Development
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS AI/ML services: SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, Lake Formation
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI
  • Hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Vector Databases
  • Hands-on knowledge of Embeddings
  • Hands-on knowledge of Prompt Engineering
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation)
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • AWS Certifications (Machine Learning Specialty, Solutions Architect, or Developer Associate)
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, or other GenAI platforms
  • Industry experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or BFSI domains
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud modernization and AI transformation initiatives
