[Remote] Program Manager

IFG - International Financial Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Business Operations focusing on Analytics & Reporting. The role involves supporting executive reporting, business performance tracking, and managing Monthly Business Reviews while partnering with senior leaders to drive business insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), reporting cycles, and business performance reviews
- Track and analyze KPIs, business metrics, and performance trends across multiple functions
- Partner with business leaders and LOB owners to gather, validate, and consolidate reporting inputs
- Interpret data and develop actionable insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and business trends
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and leadership reporting materials
- Support forecasting, target setting, budgeting inputs, and performance tracking activities
- Drive reporting accuracy, consistency, and data quality across multiple sources
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reporting deadlines and deliverables are met
- Maintain reporting templates, documentation, and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization
Skills
- 5–11 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Analytics, Reporting, or related functions
- Strong experience supporting MBRs, ROB processes, executive reporting, or business reviews
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business insights
- Strong business acumen and understanding of KPI-driven environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, financial tracking, or operational planning
- Experience working within large enterprise or matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, or AI-enabled reporting solutions
