[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager

Pavago is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition strategies and optimize campaign performance across various digital channels. The role involves managing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve lead generation.
Responsibilities

- Build and manage paid campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter), Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads
- Design full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies
- Launch campaigns from scratch, including: Campaign structure, Audience targeting, Conversion tracking, Creative direction, Optimization workflows
- Write and test high-converting ad copy
- Align messaging across: Paid media, Organic marketing, Content funnels, Landing pages
- Monitor campaigns daily and make proactive optimizations
- Improve: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion rates
- Run structured A/B tests across: Creatives, Headlines, Audiences, Bidding strategies, Landing pages
- Identify scalable acquisition opportunities while maintaining profitability
- Stay ahead of: Algorithm changes, Attribution updates, Privacy shifts, Platform best practices
- Track campaign performance using: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Platform dashboards
- Audit and troubleshoot: Pixel setups, Event tracking, Attribution flows, UTM structures
- Build performance reports focused on: Insights, Trends, Recommendations, Revenue impact
- Translate campaign data into actionable growth decisions
- Analyze funnel drop-offs and conversion bottlenecks
- Improve landing page performance and user flow efficiency
- Support retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
- Optimize campaigns for both lead quality and cost efficiency
- Work closely with: Marketing, Sales, Content teams, Designers
- Provide creative and messaging feedback based on performance data
- Contribute to broader: Growth marketing, Lifecycle marketing, Revenue generation initiatives

- 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience
- Proven success managing campaigns across Google Ads
- Proven success managing campaigns across Meta Ads
- Proven success managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads
- Strong B2B lead generation background with measurable results
- Deep understanding of PPC strategy
- Deep understanding of Audience segmentation
- Deep understanding of Retargeting
- Deep understanding of Funnel optimization
- Deep understanding of Attribution models
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Advanced experience with Conversion tracking setups
- Ability to independently build campaigns
- Ability to independently launch tracking
- Ability to independently optimize performance
- Ability to independently report on results
- Strong ad copywriting and testing skills
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience with Salesforce

- Google Ads or Meta certifications
- Familiarity with Canva
