[Remote] Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connect n Care ABA is seeking a full-time Recruiter to support hiring for Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other clinical team members. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting, building candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for BT, RBT, and other ABA clinical positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Identify and engage qualified candidates in a competitive, high-volume hiring environment
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess clinical readiness, experience, and overall fit
- Apply sound judgment to evaluate candidates and make strategic hiring recommendations
- Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through day one
- Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives
- Track and report key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline health
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ATS
- Meet hiring goals and performance expectations
Skills
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or high-volume recruiting
- Experience sourcing candidates and managing multiple open positions at once
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable conducting phone and virtual interviews
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland or West Virginia residency required
- Interest in learning about ABA services and clinical career paths
