Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connect n Care ABA is seeking a full-time Recruiter to support hiring for Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other clinical team members. The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting, building candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for BT, RBT, and other ABA clinical positions
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates in a competitive, high-volume hiring environment
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess clinical readiness, experience, and overall fit
  • Apply sound judgment to evaluate candidates and make strategic hiring recommendations
  • Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through day one
  • Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline health
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ATS
  • Meet hiring goals and performance expectations

Skills

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or high-volume recruiting
  • Experience sourcing candidates and managing multiple open positions at once
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable conducting phone and virtual interviews
  • Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland or West Virginia residency required
  • Interest in learning about ABA services and clinical career paths
