KMC Careers is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer on strategic marketing initiatives. The role involves executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and optimizing digital infrastructure to drive brand growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the Director/CMO to receive strategic direction and ensure all marketing plans and strategies align with executive decisions
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content for different platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze customer behavior, and understand competitive landscapes
  • Stay Updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Assist in building, maintaining and optimizing the corporate website using WordPress, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and SEO alignment
  • Build, test, and manage HubSpot landing pages, forms, workflows, and integrations to support lead generation and marketing campaigns, and customer journey initiatives
  • Ensure all web pages are aligned with brand guidelines and provide a positive user experience
  • Ensure consistency across all digital assets and improve performance metrics such as load speed, bounce rate, and conversion rate
  • Support the CMO in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations related to marketing performance and strategy
  • Participate in strategic discussions and brainstorming sessions with leadership to refine messaging and market positioning
  • Work on, or collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling and engaging marketing content
  • Optimize website content and performance using WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Act as a key marketing liaison across departments to ensure alignment on messaging, campaign timelines, and digital needs
  • Communicate project updates and marketing performance to stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot and WordPress best practices
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management
  • Experience in HubSpot and inbound marketing is a plus
  • Experience in SEO, paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), or email marketing tools
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in B2B or healthcare-related industries is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
