[Remote] Financial Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Regen Therapy is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment. The role involves financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and aligning management reports with financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly FP&A reporting for revenue, and margin
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models and scenario analyses
- Reconcile forecasts and budgets to actuals, explaining variances and key business drivers
- Partner with finance/accounting to align management reports with GL and financial statements
- Manage and organize the finance data room (models, forecasts, KPIs, support files) for internal and external stakeholders
- Support broader finance operations, including preparation and management of documentation for payment processors, banking partners, investors, finance-related systems, and other program management
Skills
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 2–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role, preferably in peptide industry
- Strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills and solid understanding of accounting and financial statements
