[Remote] Licensed P&C Insurance Customer Service Rep

They are actively seeking a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agent with Allstate experience to join their dedicated team, focusing on servicing clients and providing personalized insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice
- Sales Initiatives: Present, promote, and sell insurance policies to potential customers, meeting both their needs and agency targets
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing any inquiries from policyholders and resolving concerns promptly
- Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding their coverage, making policy changes, and processing renewals efficiently
- Cross-Selling: Identify additional products that could enhance client protection and encourage clients to round out their policies
- Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented in our system
- Professional Development: Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to provide clients with informed advice and maintain best practices
Skills
- Valid Florida 4-40 or 2-20 License is required
- Previous experience with an Allstate agency required to be remote
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and building client relationships
- Ability to effectively identify customer needs and sell appropriate insurance solutions
- Capable of resolving client concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Comfortable using different software applications and CRM systems
- Familiarity with the Fort Myers, Florida area and its insurance market is a plus
