[Remote] Insurance Producer/Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Jurs Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. is a leading agency with a strong reputation in the insurance industry. They are seeking an Insurance Producer/Account Manager to engage with customers, discuss their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate products while meeting sales goals and maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures

Skills

• Must have an active insurance license for Property/Casualty and Life/Health
• At least some current State Farm experience
• Position open to U.S. Residents only
• Property & Casualty, Life and Health required
• Must be able to solve problems quickly and be good with basic computer functions
• Must have access to fast and reliable internet service
• Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team friendly environment
• Must have the ability to carry out daily responsibilities without supervision
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• State Farm agency experience is preferred
