[Remote] Senior Business Development Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Euclid Power is on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director, Enterprise Account Sales to drive and manage a portfolio of opportunities and accounts, ensuring that they progress efficiently towards closing.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Director, Enterprise Account Sales to drive and manage a portfolio of opportunities and accounts
- Maintain visibility across pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressing with clear next steps and timelines
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across deals and accounts
- Support net new and expansion efforts by researching targets, preparing outreach, and developing account strategies and executing
- Help design and execute account penetration strategies across stakeholders and use cases
- Prepare materials for key meetings, including customer conversations, deal reviews, and internal alignment
- Coordinate across internal teams (delivery, product, leadership) to ensure alignment and execution
- Track and manage deal progress, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify patterns across deals and help improve how we operate and scale our commercial motion
- Act as a central point of coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in a high-performance, detail-oriented environment (e.g., consulting, banking, business operations, or sales)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously
- Strong problem solver who can anticipate needs and operate proactively
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and support senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or adjacent sectors is a plus
