Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads to create new business opportunities
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients
  • Build and manage target account & outreach lists
  • Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to drive sales conversations
  • Schedule telephonic and F2F meetings with decision-makers
  • Navigate stakeholder decision-making processes
  • Achieve quarterly business development goals and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful client acquisition
  • Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline records

Skills

  • Experience in Staffing / Recruitment Industry
  • Experience in Lead Generation & Business Development
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
