LinkedIn is seeking experienced performance management and talent management professionals for a one-time, project-based interview focused on AI Marketplace operations. The role involves explaining real-world workflows related to performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and goal/OKR operations during a recorded interview.

Responsibilities

  • Configuring performance review cycles, timelines, forms, rating scales, eligibility rules, and population validation
  • Managing employee and manager review workflows, reminders, completion tracking, quality checks, approvals, and finalisation
  • Preparing and facilitating calibration sessions, rating discussions, bias checks, and decision capture
  • Operationalising goal or OKR cascading, goal-quality reviews, mid-cycle changes, adoption nudges, and downstream handoffs
  • Explaining workflows specifically within: performance review cycle setup, calibration sessions, goal/OKR cascading, completion tracking, and downstream talent/comp handoff workflows

Skills

  • 8+ years in performance management, talent management, HR program management, goal/OKR operations, or HRBP performance-cycle execution
  • Direct, hands-on experience in performance review cycle setup, calibration sessions, goal/OKR cascading, completion tracking, and downstream talent/comp handoff workflows
  • Experience making or influencing decisions related to cycle configuration, eligibility rules, rating guardrails, calibration facilitation, goal quality, adoption nudges, and review finalisation
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Workday, Lattice, Culture Amp, Betterworks, 15Five, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Google Workspace
  • Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
  • Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
