Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through phone, email, video conferencing, and online communication platforms
- Educate customers on available products, services, and solutions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and guide clients through the sales process
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and digital sales tools
- Attend virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and training programs
- Meet individual and team performance goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences
