Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues and keep your clients happy. Develop strategic growth plans to expand revenue within existing accounts. Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities and work with the sales team to maximize revenue. Proactively communicate, holding regular check-ins and meetings to stay tuned into client needs and build lasting relationships.
