Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Answer inbound calls with a focus on customer retention, ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied and loyal client.
  • Proactively reach out to existing and prospective customers via outbound calls and digital channels to introduce new products, upsell, and cross‑sell services.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer‑facing role (retail, restaurant, call centre, or similar environment) where you demonstrated the ability to handle high‑volume interactions.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Windows‑based applications, CRM platforms, and basic office software.
  • Multitasking Ability: Proven capacity to thrive in fast‑paced environments while maintaining accuracy and composure.
