Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives for our Remote Data Entry & Talent Management function. This role operates at the intersection of human resources and business strategy, providing expert counsel to senior leaders, driving talent acquisition, development, and retention, and championing a culture of continuous improvement. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with teams in major hubs such as Los Angeles and New York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with arenaflex’s growth objectives for streaming, data entry, and product development.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, identify talent gaps, and design solutions that drive performance.
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical, product, and data‑entry roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong employer brand.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends, translating data into actionable insights that influence strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits partners to design competitive total‑reward packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives, partnering with employee resource groups to embed inclusive practices across the organization.
  • Facilitate onboarding, learning, and development programs that accelerate new‑hire productivity and support career growth.
  • Lead organizational design projects, streamlining processes and implementing new structures that enhance agility and speed to market.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on change‑management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred: HR certification such as SHRM‑CP or PHR).
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager role within a technology‑focused organization.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in an “influence without authority” capacity.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and recommend evidence‑based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling narratives to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing ambiguous situations, balancing competing priorities, and delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience with remote workforce management and virtual collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in HR) or additional HR certifications.
  • Experience in the media, entertainment, or streaming industry, particularly with data‑intensive product teams.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition platforms, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors), and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead DEI initiatives and foster inclusive cultures.
  • Strong project‑management capabilities, with a history of delivering cross‑functional initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Fluency in multiple languages or experience working with globally distributed teams is a plus.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, anticipate future talent needs, and align HR programs with business goals.
  • Influence & Collaboration: Skilled at building trust, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and driving consensus without direct authority.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Comfortable working with HR analytics, interpreting metrics, and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces change, and remains resilient under pressure.
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator, both in writing and verbally.
  • Employee‑Centric Mindset: Passionate about creating positive employee experiences and fostering a culture of growth.
